Does your visual merchandising encourage customers to enter your store and engage with your product? Visual merchandising is the face of your business, it is the visual language with which customers will develop their first impression of your store, and is one of the biggest factors influencing whether they will do business with you. This 4.5 hour workshop will illustrate that outstanding merchandising is the critical ingredient to developing a competitive edge, but is only achieved through commitment to learning new skills, lifting your standards and planning and budgeting for strategic merchandising.
