This valuable service has been offered to Association members for some time. Due to an increase in demand for the store report service, our Retail Advisor, Brian Finlayson, will now offer this service to all New Zealand retailers!
This service includes a visit with you in your retail store, with Brian discussing with you all aspects of running a retail business, including the following retail issues:
- store presentation and layout - is your store inviting?
- customer service - do you go the extra mile?
- merchandising - do you meet your customers' needs?
- stock mix & stock turns - do you have too much money tied up in stock?
- advertising - do you target your market?
- customer surveys - do you know what your customers think of your business?
- operations costs - are they relative to your turnover?
The visit takes approximately 2 hours and after the visit, Brian will produce a store report for you outlining your discussions with him, and his recommendation to you for a successful retail business plan.
