Auckland Retail 2020 Breakfast
Conducted by the Australian Centre for Retail Studies, this breakfast will present the findings from the Retail 2020: The future of retail in New Zealand and Australia, research project.

The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand RETAIL SUCCESS programme
This series of certificate courses is designed for people working in retail who deal face-to-face with customers on a daily basis.
You gain practical assistance and the opportunity to learn the skills that will develop you as a retail salesperson. The course includes certificates in customer relations, selling skills, retail merchandising and retail business skills.
