Entering TOP SHOP

ENTRIES HAVE NOW CLOSED FOR ALL FOUR COMPETITIONS AND MYSTERY SHOPPING IS TAKING PLACE.

Every entrant store is professionally mystery shopped by Fieldforce Ltd as a part of the TOP SHOP® competition and you will receive your report so you can see how you scored. To enable this to happen, all entrants must pay a $55.00 entrant fee (of which $45.00 goes to Fieldforce). Thanks to sponsorship from Fieldforce the cost of the mystery shop has been heavily subsidised.

The report you'll receive from Fieldforce is basically your score sheet-it is not an in-depth mystery shopping report. It will show via the scoring, areas of excellence and areas in need of improvement in your store operation.

Up to a maximum of 5 finalists per category will be selected based on this scoring and your answers on this form.

MORE DETAILED MYSTERY SHOPPING FEEDBACK

For an additional $50.00 incl GST you can elect to receive a full mystery shopping report with detailed feedback and comments. Please note that this more detailed report has no bearing on the selection of the finalists.

PHOTOS

Entrants are NOT required to send in photos this year. If your store becomes a finalist you will then be asked to provide photos, (more information regarding this will be given at the time).
