Enrolment details

How do I enrol and pay for an NZRA training session?

It's easy!  Simply complete the registration form for your chosen course or fill in the registration at the back of the handbook, which you should have received in the February issue of NZRetail or can be downloaded above.  Return the form to the New Zealand Retailers Association (NZRA) no later than 3 days prior to the commencement of the scheduled session with your payment or authorisation.

How do I know my registration and payment has been received?

You will receive a confirmation form outlining the full details of your training session at least 5 days before the scheduled date.  Bring this form with you to your training session.  If you have not received a confirmation form at least 2 days prior to the scheduled date, please contact the NZRA training and event team on 0800 472 472.

 

How can I reduce the amount I pay for an NZRA training session?

Register early!!!  And if you're not already a member, become one as members receive discounted rates. 

 

What refreshments are provided?

Appropriate light refreshments will be served at all training sessions.  If you have special dietary requirements please note this on your registration form.

 

What should I wear?

Smart casual dress is appropriate for all training sessions.  Jeans are ok.

 

Sickness

If you are unable to attend a training session due to illness, we would prefer that you attempt to send a replacement.  If this is not possible, please contact the training facilitator on 027 4800 519 on the day to advise of your absence.  Where possible we will transfer you to the next available session or give a full refund less a $15.00 administration fee.  Refunds will not be given if you don't show and have not made contact.

Terms and conditions

To ensure that an enrolment is confirmed, your payment or authorisation must accompany the registration form.

Confirmation includes venue details and a tax invoice.  To ensure these details reach you prior to the seminar, please register at least 72 hours before.

You may substitute another participant at any time prior to the training session commencement.  Please notify the NZRA training and events team of any changes to enrolment.

Cancellations must be in writing, up to 72 hours prior to the session.  Participants may either transfer to another session or receive a full refund less a $15.00 administration fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled session. 

The NZRA reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session to an alternative date.  All registered participants affected by such a cancellation will be offered the opportunity to transfer to the next available session or be given a full refund.

Satisfaction assurance

If you are not completely satisfied when attending an NZRA training session, a full refund will be issued if you advise an NZRA staff member at the first break in the session.

 

Venues and facilities

Full venue details including parking and directions are included on the confirmation which you should receive at least 5 days before the scheduled training session date.  If you have not received your confirmation form at least 2 days prior to the scheduled date, please contact the NZRA training and events team.

 

Consent

Your payment or authorisation is considered as consent to the NZRA for disclosing the personal information contained in the registration form to third parties for the purposes of processing registrations to a training session and payment thereof, and to provide you with all the services connected to the event.
