Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the time of conference commencement and your full payment will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled, and no substitute is nominated, the following percentage of the fees will be forfeited:
Within 7 days of conference commencement: 50%
Within 3 days of conference commencement: full fee
